The wait is almost over!! SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 is rushing to theaters on April 8, 2022! YES!!! Tomorrow is the big day and to celebrate we decide to make brigadeiro, the famous chocolate ganache dessert from Brazil.

This time around, I decided to be more practical and buy the brigadeiro ready to eat! Maya’s Brigadeiro Brazilian Sweets and added some Sonic & Knuckles sparkles!

I bought the Sweet Milk Brigadeiro spread, which contains Milk, Sugar, and Butter.

Then, we form into small balls and roll in sprinkles. Usually, we roll them in chocolate sprinkles, but since we are celebrating Sonic vs Knuckles, we rolled in blue and red sugar sprinkles.

After rolling, place them in a decorative cups.

After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is eager to prove he has what it takes to be a true hero. His test comes when Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, in search for an emerald that has the power to destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails, and together they embark on a globe-trotting journey to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands.
