AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH is now playing in theaters. In the aftermath of The Way of Water, Jake and Neytiri Sully struggle to hold their family together while mourning their son’s death. When a journey with the nomadic Wind Traders leads them into the territory of the vengeful Ash People—Na’vi who have forsaken Eywa—the Sullys are drawn into a new conflict that threatens Pandora once more. As the RDA regroups and Colonel Quaritch seeks revenge, Jake and Neytiri must face their deepest grief and rediscover what it means for their family to stand as one.

New characters are being introduced and one of them is Varang, playing by Spanish actress Oona Chaplin. Varang is a fierce and complex Na’vi leader whose world has been ravaged by fire, forcing her to walk the line between vengeance and faith.

Spanish actress Oona Chaplin chats with Jana N Nagase about AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH. They discuss her transformative experience joining the Avatar universe, working with James Cameron, and bringing a darker new clan to life through groundbreaking performance capture. Also, Oona spoke abooiut her grandfather Charlie Chaplin legacy.
