NEON and Hulu will present an exclusive one-night only theatrical event of the Hulu Original Film, LITTLE MONSTERS on Tuesday, October 8th with an in-person appearance at the AMC Lincoln Square, in New York with stars Lupita Nyong’o and Alexander England and the director Abe Forsythe. The film will play a limited theatrical engagement nationwide on Tuesday, October 8th with all theaters broadcasting the live-stream Q&A.

Written and directed by Abe Forsyth, the film follows Dave (Alexander England), a washed-up musician, volunteers to chaperone his nephew’s kindergarten field trip after taking a shine to the plucky schoolteacher, Miss Caroline (Lupita Nyong’o). Dave’s intentions are complicated by the presence of world-famous child entertainer and competitor for Miss Caroline’s affections, Teddy McGiggle (Josh Gad). One thing none of them bargained for, however, is a sudden zombie outbreak, from which Dave and Miss Caroline must protect the children.
LITTLE MONSTERS debuted at Sundance Film Festival to audience and critical acclaim and subsequently premiered at SXSW.
The film is produced by Jodi Matterson, Bruna Papandrea, Steve Hutensky, Keith Calder, and Jess Wu Calder. The executive producer is Jeanne Snow.
