Dog Cookies for A DOG’S WAY HOME Blu-ray & DVD release

Based on the bestselling novel by W. Bruce Cameron, A DOG’S WAY HOME finds its way on Blu-ray™ Combo Pack and DVD on April 9. You can also find Bella’s story on digital HD, available since March 26.

For this release, Sony Home Entertainment hosted a really cool event at The Dog Bakery, located at Mar Vista (CA) last Saturday, April 6th. We had a cooking class with chef Rocky Kanaka who taught us a dog cookie recipe. The star of the movie, the dog-actressg Shelby, was there and approved the delicious cookie. Cookies for dogs are very similar to the ones we eat. We made the sandwiches stuffed with Greek yogurt and carob chips. Carob chips are the substitute for chocolate chips and can be consumed by animals. The cookie dough was made with honey, peanut paste, applesauce, wheat flour and yeast.
